Our Promise

Every Parent Wants
The Same Thing…

Every parent wants their child to enjoy football.

But even more importantly, they want to know their child is improving.

At Elevate Football Academy, we don't simply teach football. We help young players become more confident, more disciplined, more intelligent — and more prepared for life through football.

Why Parents Choose EFA

More than coaching.
A development environment.

Small Group Coaching

Every player is seen, coached and given individual feedback — every session.

Football Intelligence

We coach decision making — when to pass, when to dribble, where to move.

Real Match Experience

Weekly match practice, friendlies and tournaments turn training into performance.

Mentorship

Coaches who care about the person, not just the player. Character comes first.

The Story Behind EFA

Talent opens the door.
Character decides how far you go.

Football has been a part of my life since I was young, and it has taught me some of the most valuable lessons I carry with me today.

At the age of 13, I was selected to represent the Hong Kong Youth Representative Team. A year later, I was released from the squad. Instead of giving up, I spent the next four years working harder than ever to improve every part of my game.

At 18, I earned my place back and represented Hong Kong at the National Games before achieving my dream of becoming a professional football player at 19.

Talent may open the door, but hard work, resilience and the right guidance determine how far a player can go.

When I moved to Melbourne, I founded Elevate Football Academy because I wanted to create the kind of environment I wish every young player could experience.

At EFA, we don't simply teach football skills. We help players build confidence, football intelligence, discipline and character through structured coaching, small group training and real match experience.

One of the greatest compliments I have ever received from a parent was:

“That is beyond coaching, I'll call it mentorship.”

That perfectly reflects what EFA stands for. Develop Better Footballers. Build Confident Kids.

Can beginners join?

Absolutely. Many of our players started with us as complete beginners. Players train in groups matched to their age and level, so beginners are never overwhelmed — they build confidence from the very first session.

What ages do you coach?

We develop players aged 6 to 15. Groups are organised by age and ability so every child is challenged at the right level.

How many players are in a group?

We deliberately keep groups small so every player receives individual feedback in every session. This is one of the biggest reasons parents choose EFA over larger clinics.

Can we join mid-term?

Yes. Players can join at any time during the term. Start with a free trial session, and we will recommend the right program from there.

What should we bring?

Football boots, shin guards and a water bottle. We provide the balls, bibs and all training equipment. In warmer months, please also bring sunscreen and a hat.

How does the free trial work?

Book through the form below or message us on WhatsApp. Your child joins a session that matches their age and level, and afterwards the coach shares honest feedback on where they are and how we can help them grow. No obligation, no pressure.
